Postpartum Meal Diaries:

One of my favorite parts of being a postpartum doula is providing meals for my clients. While I specialize in preparing gluten-free and dairy-free meals, I am comfortable working with whatever you have in your pantry and kitchen. In my home kitchen, my go-to recipe is a gluten-free and vegan focaccia bread. I found the recipe and I have made it every week since then. I make muffins and bread! In my time as a postpartum doula, I have made hundreds and hundreds of lactation and protein bites for my clients over the past few years.

I love making savory foods such as soups, curries, casseroles, egg bites, and many other fantastic dishes. When I am not wearing my postpartum doula hat, I am baking for friends and family for birthdays, weddings, and other events! Feeding my friends and family, especially my clients, with nourishing and comforting foods, is how I express my compassion in what I do.

When hiring me as your postpartum doula you will be provided with plenty of tasty meals made with love!
